JOB DESCRIPTION

1.1. 	Special Needs Therapy and Education Task
-Provide therapeutic one to one and group services (including teletherapy) to pediatric and adult clients with related problems to achieve departmental targets
-Ability to identify cases of speech, language, voice, feeding, and swallowing problems that require appropriate assessment and rehabilitation
-Able and skilled in carrying out general speech, language, voice, feeding, and swallowing rehabilitation treatment procedures
-Able and skilled in interpersonal relationships and client counseling
-Able and skilled in applying knowledge in the field of speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing and medicine in general
-Ability to give and impart speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing  knowledge to patients
-Able to operate speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing  diagnostic tools
-Prepare daily case note, progress report and assessment report

1.2.	Management Task
-Get involved in management planning and marketing related to speech and language services
-Participates in educational programs, case management meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintain currency of methodology and techniques
-Working with multidisciplinary teams in improving services

1.3.	Involve in Talk / Seminar Programs

1.4 	Other relevant task as and when necessary given and discussed with employer
